This team building class that will provide Service Technicians and Installers with the “soft” tools to perform their job better. Through a series of breakouts, both groups will develop improved customer communication skills, learn how to drive customer satisfaction, sales leads, and referrals through a defined delivery procedure. This process will help Technicians and Installers reduce callbacks, improve revenue generation, and increase job satisfaction while increasing their overall value to the company.
- Technician Excellence Training Day: This day is dedicated to the Service Department and all roles within the Service Department. Technicians learn how to interact with the client through a series of breakouts. The inside support team is encouraged to attend this training to be prepared to work with the new role of the Service Technician. The entire Service Department will work together to build the processes to position themselves for referrals, 100% customer satisfaction and better revenue generation.
- Installer Excellence Training Day: This is a two-part class with Owners and Installation personnel attending the entire day, while the Home Solution Advisors join during the afternoon.
- Morning Session: Installers will learn how to perform their job better, understand the importance of customer satisfaction, and develop the skills to advance in their profession, all of which will increase their job satisfaction. With well-trained installers, dealers will be able to make the transition from a contractor to a retailer who runs a sales-driven company.
- Afternoon Session – During the second half of class we will work through a series of breakout exercises as a group to determine how sales can help installation, how installation can help sales, and how all of us can work together as a team to eliminate callbacks, drive customer satisfaction, and generate referral leads.
