BDR’s The Role at the Counter Today prepares parts counter and inside sales team members with the communication skills and tools to be successful in their role and provide outstanding customer experience during every visit.

The course is broken up into three separate 2-hour sessions, giving you ongoing training for your team without pulling them off the counter for a whole day. Registration for The Role of the Counter Today includes access to these sessions:
