We collect information you give us when you:

  • Register for a class, event, or webinar

This information may include your name, company name, job title, email address, phone number, mailing address, trade (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), and any other details you choose to share. When you submit personally identifiable information to us, you understand that you are agreeing to allow us to access, store, and use that information for the purposes stated herein.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically via Tracking Technologies

When you visit our Site, we and our third-party service providers automatically collect information about your browsing activity using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. 1.3 HubSpot Tracking

We use HubSpot Marketing Hub to power our marketing automation, lead management, and CRM functions. 1.4 Google Analytics & Advertising

1.5 Facebook Pixel

6.1 Opt-In and Consent

We will only send SMS messages to individuals who have expressly opted in. Consent to receive SMS communications is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

6.2 Opt-Out

6.3 Data Sharing

Mobile opt-in data and consent records are used solely to send the communications you have requested. Our Site and services are directed to business owners and professionals in the home services trades. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
