Gil Cavey Jr. hails from Baltimore, Maryland, and has been in the HVAC industry for 21 years. Now Chief Operating Manager at Beltway Air Conditioning and Heat, he takes all that know-how and pours it not only into the podcast but into passing the torch on to the next generation of technicians. He’s always looking to improve himself and his business, increase his technical knowledge base, and is passionate about lifting up those folks in a community and industry that has done so much for him and his family.
