With a diverse background spanning over two decades, Noelle Daniels brings a wealth of experience and a passion for excellence to her role as Operations Manager at BDR.  

Beginning her career in the dynamic environment of the restaurant industry, Noelle honed her customer service skills while simultaneously pursuing her academic aspirations, culminating in a BA in Psychology from UW Tacoma. Her journey led her to BDR seven years ago, where she found her niche in the administrative world, quickly ascending to Senior Support Coach before transitioning to her current position. 

Noelle’s journey from bartender to Operations Manager is a testament to her adaptability, resilience, and unwavering dedication to personal and professional growth. Noelle’s tenure at BDR has been marked by transformative initiatives, including the expansion and enhancement of the Support Coach team, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and excellence. 

Proud of her role in fostering a positive culture within the Support Coach team, Noelle highlights the team’s resilience and adaptability during challenging times, particularly amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Her leadership and strategic vision were instrumental in facilitating a seamless transition to remote work, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery and team cohesion.

Outside work, Noelle finds joy in spending quality time with family and friends, embarking on light hikes, nurturing her garden, tackling puzzles, and exploring new destinations through travel.
