Jeff Cordick

With a career rooted in financial planning and analysis, Jeff Cordick brings a strategic, operations-focused perspective to his role as Chief Financial Officer at BDR. Holding both a BA and an MBA from the University of Washington, Jeff has built a distinguished career working with Fortune 500 companies across the building materials, digital media, and communications industries. His experience spans from early roles as a Financial Analyst to senior leadership positions including Director of FP&A, VP of Finance, and most recently, CFO for a mid-sized material handling company.

Jeff’s passion for logic and numbers led him to pursue a degree in Economics, launching a career that has consistently merged analytical thinking with real-world impact. He takes pride in bridging the gap between finance and sales—an area often siloed in many organizations. One of his most memorable accomplishments includes earning a Black Apron from Starbucks through the Coffee Master program, showcasing his commitment to learning and his appreciation for global operations and culture. Another career highlight involved leading due diligence and integration efforts for eight acquisitions in just over a year with a digital advertising firm, working closely with international teams and adapting to diverse cultural values.

Jeff credits his success to core values that include active listening, continuous learning, and a strong ethical foundation. His personal motto— “Take the time to do it right the first time”—guides both his strategic decisions and team collaboration.  During Jeff’s free time he is an avid snow skier and loves to be out boating with his family.
