Jamie Buck
Accounting Coach
Jaime Buck brings a powerful blend of financial acumen, entrepreneurial success, and operational expertise to her role as a BDR Coach. She began her career with a degree in Journalism and Public Relations from the University of Georgia, where she built a strong foundation in communication, strategy, and critical thinking. Those skills became invaluable when she stepped into business ownership—an experience that revealed her natural talent for accounting, numbers, and understanding the financial story behind every decision.
Running her own successful restaurant in Naples, Florida required her to master financial management at a high level—daily reporting, cash flow planning, cost controls, job costing, budgeting, vendor management, pricing strategy, and long-term forecasting. Over a decade of managing every line on the P&L taught Jaime how to use numbers as a strategic tool, not just a requirement. Those years shaped her into a leader who can quickly break down complex financial details, identify what’s driving results, and build the systems needed for sustainable, profitable growth.
This deep financial understanding is what ultimately led Jaime to coaching. She realized she not only had a natural aptitude for accounting and analytics, but a passion for helping other business owners gain the clarity and confidence she wished she had earlier in her journey. She knows firsthand how financial insight can transform decision-making, reduce stress, and create stability—and she’s committed to helping clients experience that same empowerment.
As a coach, Jaime leads with trust, transparency, and a client-first mindset. She creates a comfortable, judgment-free environment where owners feel safe sharing their numbers and challenges openly. She works side-by-side with clients to strengthen financial reporting, streamline processes, interpret KPIs, and build the accounting foundations that drive better margins, stronger cash flow, and long-term success. Clients appreciate her ability to explain accounting concepts in a way that feels clear, practical, and actionable turning what once felt overwhelming into something they can confidently manage.
Outside of work, Jaime brings her high energy to the activities she loves: golfing, skiing, pickleball, kayaking, and scuba diving. As a true Philadelphia sports fan, Jaime believes that she bleeds midnight green for her beloved Eagles. Go Birds!
