William’s career journey began after his honorable discharge from the Army when he earned an associate degree in business management with a minor in marketing from Lansing Community College. His professional path includes roles such as Operations Analyst for a corporate holding company and Director of Client Services at Advertising Audit Services. He also held leadership roles at PrimeCo PCS, Pitney Bowes Marketing Service, and Tweddle Group and founded his Sales & Marketing consultancy before joining BDR.
William has had notable successes throughout his career. For example, he helped Concannon Business Consulting expand its product line and achieve annual revenue growth targets for four consecutive years. While at Tweddle Group, he led the development of the first commercially available Connected Vehicle product in the US and significantly grew the company’s revenue. At Pitney Bowes Marketing Services, he implemented technology that doubled and tripled revenue growth. Notably, his role in building indirect retail relationships to launch the US’s first digital wireless product at PrimeCo PCS (Verizon Wireless) showcases his ability to establish critical partnerships and drive successful product launches.
William is passionately driven by a desire to be part of something larger, to support small businesses as the heartbeat of America, and to contribute to BDR’s mission and growth. He is not just enthusiastic but thrilled about how BDR significantly impacts the lives of business owners and their communities and is eager to help them grow. This demonstrates his alignment with the company’s mission and eagerness to contribute to its growth.
William believes that a strong client focus, delivering on company promises, team leadership, mentoring, and innovation are crucial for success. He has developed these skills throughout his career while striving to provide an outstanding customer experience. In his new role with BDR, William is excited to manage, grow, and standardize sales processes and teams across the company’s products and services.
