Jamie Buck

Jaime Buck brings a unique blend of academic training, entrepreneurial experience, and real-world determination to her role as a coach. She earned her degree in Journalism and Public Relations from the University of Georgia, where she developed a strong foundation in communication, strategy, and critical thinking. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs shaped her work ethic and sense of responsibility from an early age, allowing her to approach every project with dedication, patience, and a commitment to seeing challenging goals through to completion.

Throughout her career, Jaime has built a track record of turning vision into sustainable success. Her proudest accomplishment—opening, operating, and successfully exiting her restaurant in Naples, Florida—reflects her resilience, adaptability, and ability to learn quickly from every setback. Across each venture she has led, Jaime has embraced mistakes as opportunities for growth, strengthening her problem-solving skills, long-term thinking, and client-first mindset. Along the way, she also discovered a natural talent and passion for working with numbers, which ultimately inspired her to pursue a path where she could help other business owners succeed while avoiding some of the pitfalls she once faced.

As a coach, Jaime is driven by the opportunity to combine the gritty lessons learned from business ownership with BDR’s proven systems to help clients build a more solid, profitable future. She believes trust is the foundation of every strong client relationship and works hard to create an open, comfortable environment where clients feel confident sharing their goals and challenges. Jaime brings the dedication of an owner to every partnership, positioning herself not just as a coach but as a long-term strategic ally who is invested in solving problems, building momentum, and celebrating wins alongside her clients.

Outside of coaching, Jaime brings the same energy and enthusiasm to the activities she loves. She is an avid golfer and enjoys a wide range of sports and outdoor adventures, including pickleball, skiing, kayaking, and scuba diving. As a true Philadelphia sports fan, Jaime believes that she bleeds midnight green for her beloved Eagles. Go Birds!
