Nick Hawkins

Nick has over 15 years of sales and leadership experience in the HVAC and home services industries. A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a bachelor’s degree in business, Nick began his career as Sales Manager at Air Management Solutions—an HVAC contractor and longtime BDR client. He later led sales teams at A-1 Mechanical before joining BxB Media in 2019, where he played a key role in the company’s explosive growth, helping expand from 15 employees and under 100 clients to over 80 team members serving hundreds of contractors across the country.

Throughout his career, Nick has developed a strong reputation for his ability to listen deeply, communicate clearly, and craft creative, effective solutions. His experience spans every level of the contracting channel—from contractors and distributors to manufacturers—giving him a unique perspective and an instant rapport with the businesses he serves. As a sales leader, he thrives on closing deals, building relationships, and maintaining a high level of organization and empathy in everything he does.
