Nate Agentis

Nate Agentis is a third-generation plumber from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, with more than 30 years of experience in the skilled trades and over 15 years in executive leadership. After building his career in the plumbing industry, Nate served as CEO of a multi-million-dollar plumbing service company, where he gained firsthand experience scaling operations, leading teams, and navigating the financial and organizational challenges business owners face as they grow.

Recognizing a gap in leadership development and business education within the plumbing industry, Nate founded Plumbing CEO, a training and consulting organization dedicated to equipping plumbing contractors with the skills, systems, and leadership mindset needed for sustainable growth. As an author, speaker, and coach, he has helped contractors across the country strengthen their organizations through improved leadership, operational discipline, and ethical business practices. His credentials span multiple disciplines, including Plumbing, Management, Marketing, Seminary studies, and Hague Training, reflecting a deep commitment to lifelong learning and organizational health.

In 2025, Business Development Resources (BDR) acquired the Plumbing CEO brand, and Nate joined BDR in the newly created role of Director of Plumbing Vertical. In this role, he leads the strategic execution and expansion of BDR’s best practices, training programs, and resources specifically designed for plumbing contractors. Nate is passionate about helping owners move beyond technical expertise to build strong teams, sound budgets, and leadership structures that support long-term, scalable success.

Beyond his professional work, Nate is guided by faith, family, and a deep desire to see others succeed. He believes strong businesses should enhance, not compete with, family life and personal fulfillment. When he’s not working, he enjoys fly fishing, spending time outdoors, and gathering with family and friends around a shared meal.
