Lauren Woodward joined the BDR family in November 2021. Lauren has a passion for helping small, family-owned businesses succeed. She grew up in her grandparent’s business, spending much of her childhood in and learning the service industry.
As an adult, Lauren continued in the service industry as a receptionist. She was quickly recognized for her aptitude and attention to detail and was trained as the company’s bookkeeper. Since then, she has over 15 years of extensive Quickbooks and accounting knowledge.
Lauren’s experience includes Full Charge Bookkeeper, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, Payroll, and working closely with the company’s CPA to complete the Tax Reporting, including processing Payroll, State, and Sales taxes in house. Additionally, Lauren held the title of Office Manager and wore the hat of receptionist, HR Specialist, Service Advisor and whatever else the company needed!
One of Lauren’s greatest professional accomplishments is being a part of the managerial team that helped grow that company from a small 6-person operation to a thriving and successful business with multiple locations and sister companies. Lauren is excited to transition her career with BDR and to help many other businesses reach their goals.
