George is an experienced professional with more than 30 years in the PHCE industry. His career spans residential and commercial sales, territory management, coaching, and sales training, where he built a reputation as a top performer with a strong consultative approach.
Throughout his career, George has worked closely with clients to solve challenges, improve performance, and drive results. He played a key role in managing one of the largest commercial HVAC projects within his organization and has consistently focused on helping businesses grow through practical, honest guidance.
Over time, George developed a passion for helping others succeed by combining real-world experience with a client-first mindset. He believes strong relationships and straightforward conversations are the foundation for meaningful growth and long-term success.
Today, as a Profit Coach Advisor with BDR, George partners with contractors to identify opportunities, strengthen operations, and build clear paths toward achieving their goals. He brings together decades of experience with BDR’s proven systems to help clients maximize their organizations and move forward with confidence.
Outside of work, George enjoys spending time with his family, playing in their rock band, and getting outdoors for a round of disc golf.
