Accounting Coach
DeeAnn Campbell brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in office management and full-charge bookkeeping to her role as a coach at BDR. She holds a B.A. in English Literature from Arizona State University and has built a diverse career across multiple industries. DeeAnn spent more than two decades managing operations and accounting for a small trucking company, where she oversaw everything from dispatching to payroll. She later transitioned to a dental office, where she served as a full-charge bookkeeper for 10 years, handling general ledger reconciliations, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll processing.
Among her proudest achievements is the transformation she led at the trucking company, where she streamlined accounting processes and cleaned up the books to support business growth. Her efforts helped the company expand from 10 to 18 trucks in just two years. By cutting accounting hours in half while maintaining accuracy, she was able to take on broader responsibilities and contribute more fully to company operations. DeeAnn’s success is grounded in her strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and consistent follow-through.
Although she entered the field by chance, DeeAnn quickly discovered a natural talent and deep satisfaction in the work. Her love of numbers and problem-solving, combined with a drive to support business growth, made her a strong asset in every role she’s held. Now at BDR, she is excited to share her knowledge with contractors and help them build efficient systems that lead to long-term success.
DeeAnn is committed to building trust with her clients and tailoring her coaching to each individual’s strengths. Her goal is to empower business owners with the tools and confidence they need to thrive. Outside of work, DeeAnn enjoys spending quality time with her family, staying active through sports, and pursuing her passion for nutrition.
