A breakout-style BDR training class includes a trainer lecturing, individual workbook exercises, and multiple small group interactions (breakouts). The trainer assigns small groups of 6–8 attendees, who go to a flip chart and work together to discuss the assigned topic.

For Trainer:

  • Projector (1)
    • minimum 1280 x 800 WXGA resolution
    • 2000+ Lumens preferred
  • Projection Screen (1)
  • Surge Protector for trainer table (1)
  • 3' x 6' table (1)
    • for trainer materials

For Attendees:

  • 3' x 6' tables
    • for every two attendees
  • Chairs
    • for every attendee

Room Layout

The room must have ample space for the trainer to walk in the front, middle (aisle), and sides of the classroom.
