She believes in creating a trusting, collaborative atmosphere where clients feel supported every step of the way. Drawing from her years as an athletic coach, Lacie brings the same patience, motivation, and enthusiasm to her work with business owners—empowering them to achieve their goals and build lasting success.
Outside of work, Lacie loves spending time with her family at Disney or out on the road traveling. Together, they’ve taken seven cruises in the past three years and enjoy weekends at the race track with their racing team. She’s also a longtime high school cheerleading coach, preparing to retire after 25 years of inspiring young athletes to reach their potential.
