Jeff jumped into the trades in the electrical field after high school but soon got started in HVAC. He worked his way up the ladder in the industry from helper to tech to COO and even had ownership in companies. So, he has truly seen all sides of the industry.

Which led him to where he is today, helping people learn and grow as blue-collar professionals and business owners.

Before publishing his book, he took his father’s two-man company and grew it into an 8-figure powerhouse spanning across three states. Although still at the helm as CEO, he has found passion in teaching others how to consistently learn, push boundaries, and be true leaders in pursuit of success. Josh lives in Gilbert, Arizona, with his wife and two daughters.
