Cameron Stiles
Head Coach
Cameron Stiles is a seasoned business coach with a lifelong connection to the HVAC industry and extensive experience driving growth at scale. Raised in the industry through his father’s duct cleaning business, Cameron entered HVAC professionally at age 20 in an in-home sales role and spent more than a decade with one of the highest-performing HVAC companies in North America. During his tenure, the organization grew from approximately $50 million to more than $700 million in revenue, providing Cameron firsthand exposure to what it takes to build and sustain elite performance.
Early in his career, Cameron relocated to Maryland to help launch a new market, leading market analysis, hiring sales, service, and plumbing teams, and building the operation from the ground up. He later advanced into sales management and regional sales and operations leadership roles as the company expanded. Cameron also played a key role during the company’s private-equity partnership, where he supported process integration for newly acquired businesses. Under his leadership, the Maryland operation grew from zero to more than $30 million in annual revenue over eight years.
After leaving that organization in 2021, Cameron transitioned into business coaching, partnering with 31 franchise locations as a coach for Garage Kings. It was during this chapter that he discovered his true passion—helping business owners gain clarity, confidence, and control by applying proven systems and best practices. Cameron is especially driven by the ripple effect that strong leadership and sound business decisions have on employees, families, and entire organizations.
As a BDR Coach, Cameron is deeply invested in the success of the owners he works with, viewing their goals as his own. He prides himself on building trust-based partnerships that remove uncertainty from decision-making and turn vision into clear, executable plans.
Outside of work, Cameron values time with his close-knit family and enjoys creative and high-energy pursuits, including stained glass art, motorcycle racing, and fostering dogs. He is also Joe Crissara “Service MVP” certified, reinforcing his commitment to service excellence and industry best practices.
