Shawnee Beck

Shawnee Beck is a seasoned HR professional with a robust educational background and experience across diverse industries.  

After graduating from Central Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in business management, specializing in Human Resource Management, Shawnee went on to receive an HR Generalist certification from Green River College along with the esteemed SHRM-CP credential. Beginning her career as an HR assistant in the aerospace industry, Shawnee quickly ascended the ranks, assuming pivotal roles such as a group business administrator at Microsoft and an HR Coordinator at Tim’s Cascade Chips.  

Since joining the BDR team in 2020, Shawnee’s tenure has been characterized by transformative initiatives, including the transition from manual to electronic HR processes, helping drive organizational efficiency and innovation. Shawnee played a pivotal role in facilitating the exponential growth of the BDR team, actively engaging in talent acquisition efforts that propelled the company from fewer than 50 to nearly 100 team members.  

As an advocate for BDR’s inclusive and caring culture, Shawnee believes that prospective clients will find assurance in the warmth and dedication of the BDR team, emphasizing the company’s unwavering commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. 

Outside of the office, Shawnee enjoys being outdoors, sharing adventures such as snowmobiling, boating, jet skiing, and camping with her husband and dogs.
