Kimberly Wibbenmeyer joined BDR as an Accounting Coach in January 2009 and was promoted to Director of Client Financials in 2024, recognizing her leadership and deep expertise in financial strategy. A Southeast Missouri State University graduate, she holds a Business Administration Bachelor’s degree with a Finance major.
Before BDR, Kimberly worked across multiple industries—healthcare, HVAC, and manufacturing—giving her a well-rounded perspective on accounting best practices. Her hands-on experience as a full-charge bookkeeper and office manager for an HVAC company, combined with her time as a BDR Profit Coach client, gives her unique insight into the challenges contractors face.
Kimberly has always been passionate about accurate financial data and empowering business owners, controllers, and bookkeepers to understand their numbers better. As Director of Client Financials, she has led 150+ client onsite visits, from auditing and restructuring accounting software to streamlining workflows and facilitating smooth software conversions.
Known for embracing challenges, Kimberly leverages her diverse background to help contractors build, grow, and manage financially healthy businesses.
