Enhanced Labor Management - Class Overview

Class Description

Labor Management teaches dealers the opportunity cost of a lost labor hour, as well as how to leverage their existing crews into the most productive and efficient revenue-generating team possible. Dealers will learn to leverage their new construction, retrofit, light commercial, service, and installation crews to maximize profit through labor saving techniques. After completing this course, dealers will have the knowledge they need to become the chosen company to work for in town, attracting the best installers as employees.

Enhanced Labor Management will contain an extra 1/2 day of additional content. In a tough economy, you don't want to be losing profits through poor labor management practices. Make sure your labor team stays sharp by attending Enhanced Labor Management in Detroit or Seattle.
