Pre Wall 1 teaches smaller dealers the basic strategies and procedures necessary to be profitable and grow to Wall 1 / $1 million in revenue. At the end of this class, Dealers will be able to: identify their true costs of doing business, set up service and maintenance calls for profit, price retail and new construction for profit, develop more low cost sales leads, identify their company's value, and turn more of their leads into closed, profitable sales.
